ROKSO

Public list of prolific spammers

The Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) is a list maintained by UK-based spam-fighting organisation the Spamhaus Project. The list contains details of the most prolific and persistent spamming offenders.

Aimed at collating data and gathering evidence, individuals, groups and companies qualify for the list if they 'have been terminated by a minimum of three Internet Service Providers for spam offences'.
