Hacker tool

Tool used by hackers to breach systems and software

Hacker tools are tools which can be used to probe or pierce network defences, to gather information or to mask activities.

While they can often have legitimate uses and may be used by security admins or analysts, they are rarely appropriate for the average user and thus are often alerted on by anti-malware software, particularly in corporate environments.
