Organisation dedicated to controlling spyware

The Anti-Spyware Coalition is a group of malware, privacy, security and spam experts working to define and control the spyware problem.

The ASC produces guidelines and best practices documents aimed at persuading software developers to avoid suspect or dangerous methods, and advises law enforcement bodies on combating and stopping cybercriminals who use spyware and take part in identity theft.
