Virus Bulletin has extended the deadline for submissions from those wishing to present at VB2003, the Thirteenth Virus Bulletin International Conference, which will take place 25-26 September 2003 at the Fairmont Royal York hotel in Toronto, Canada.
All AV-related subjects will be considered. Abstracts of approximately 200 words must reach the Editor of Virus Bulletin no later than Monday 31 March 2003 and should be sent as RTF or plain text files to editor@virusbtn.com. As expected, the annual VB100 test on Windows XP was an epic. A higher than usual pass rate was tempered by numerous stability issues with the products under test, prompting the unveiling of a new stability rating system. John Hawes has all the details.
