The presentation includes the innovations by AV-TEST GmbH in the area of security software testing over the past decades, as well as a detailed description of all test criteria. Furthermore, we explain why we consider Microsoft's AV solutions to be the 'Baseline' and how they perform in comparison with other 'out-of-the-box' protection of operating systems like Google Android, Apple OS X and Linux.
