Corporate anti-virus best practices means utilizing tools and processes inside and outside of the general anti-virus vendor industry in order to be successful.

Command and control capabilities are essential to an effective corporate anti-virus strategy.

As worms and *blended threats* become more prevalent the need for virus protection far exceeds the anti-virus signature detection design. We need an integrated approach to our protection architecture. I will discuss the tools we use to be effective in practicing corporate anti-virus protection.

In addition, I will touch on best practices in end user awareness, information gathering, and responsibility.
