These are the terms and conditions that govern usage of this website ("the Site") of Virus Bulletin Ltd ("Virus Bulletin").
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and, where appropriate, any other terms and conditions, guidelines or rules applicable to other products or services that may be posted from time to time. Virus Bulletin makes no promise that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UK, and accessing the Site from locations outside the UK if its contents are illegal there is prohibited. All orders made on the Site will also be governed by specific terms and conditions.
Virus Bulletin’s obligations
Virus Bulletin will provide you with up to date information on the functionality of the Site and advice and assistance on any upgrade or changes to its functionality as it deems necessary and use reasonable endeavours to comply with any applicable law or regulation.
If you make assumptions about the location of items within or functionality of the Site in any of your procedures or automated scripts, you should check that those assumptions remain valid whenever it is used. In addition, the trade marks, logos and service marks displayed on this Site ("the Trade Marks") are registered in the UK and elsewhere by Virus Bulletin and may not be used without Virus Bulletin’s express written consent. All copyright, database rights, rights in inventions, patents and patent applications in the software, data or content relating to the Site shall (unless licensed to Virus Bulletin) be owned by and vest absolutely in Virus Bulletin.
You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. The illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Failure by Virus Bulletin to enforce these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under it.
Virus Bulletin shall not be responsible for any breach by it of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
A party who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from such Act.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
These terms and conditions, together with those incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and submitted to the laws of England and Wales and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Virus Bulletin shall have the right to seek injunctive, or similar, relief in any courts of competent jurisdiction.
